🚀Getting Started

What is TargetHit?

TargetHit is a crypto trading platform built around receipts. We run a professional trading terminal with exclusive HyperLiquid alpha layers, a free weekly paper-trading competition, and live, fully-tracked trading Strategies you can run on autopilot on your own exchange. Everything is tracked publicly, from entry to exit — wins and losses alike.

What can I do with TargetHit?

• Trade — a full trading terminal at targethit.com: real-time charts, 45 drawing tools, 50+ HyperLiquid markets including TradFi perpetuals, and paper trading. Free for everyone

• Alpha Layers (VIP) — TargetHit-computed market context, including observable Stops/trigger maps and modeled Liquidations heatmaps drawn right on your chart

• Strategies & Auto-Trade — pick a backtested strategy, compare it head-to-head against simply holding BTC, and run it hands-free on your own exchange

• Competition — a free weekly paper-trading competition with a public leaderboard

• Bitcoin Intel — a daily Bitcoin market board with levels and a plan

• Notifications — real-time trade alerts by Email, Telegram and Discord

What coins do you cover?

Our automated Strategies trade the four liquid majors — BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP — deliberately: concentrated, high-quality setups beat spreading thin across dozens of coins. The trading terminal is a different story — it charts 50+ HyperLiquid markets, including TradFi perpetuals like gold, silver, crude, the S&P 500, Nvidia, Tesla and SpaceX, alongside the crypto majors.

What is the difference between FREE and VIP?

FREE — create an account and explore: browse the Strategies with their live open trades and full public track records, use the entire trading terminal (charts, drawing tools, paper trading), and enter the weekly competition.

VIP ($150/month, or $599 lifetime) unlocks:

• The HyperLiquid alpha layers — observable Stops/trigger maps and modeled Liquidations heatmaps live today, plus features added to VIP while your access remains active

• Auto-Trade — claim currently available seats and run Strategies automatically on your exchange

• Real-time trade notifications by Email, Telegram and Discord

• The VIP Discord role and priority support

📈Trading Terminal & Alpha Layers

What is the trading terminal?

A professional charting and trading environment at targethit.com — real-time charts, 45 drawing tools, 50+ HyperLiquid markets including TradFi perpetuals (gold, silver, crude, the S&P 500, Nvidia, Tesla, SpaceX and more), an order book, paper trading and the weekly competition. The terminal, the charts and the tools are free for everyone.

What are the HyperLiquid alpha layers?

Alpha layers are exclusive market data we compute ourselves and draw directly on your chart. Two are live today:

• Stops Heatmap — a live map of observable stop and trigger orders on HyperLiquid, aggregated in dollars at their trigger prices

• Liquidations Heatmap — modeled zones where leveraged positions may be force-closed, including supported TradFi perpetual markets. These are estimates, not observed exchange liquidation orders

More layers are in build. The layers are the VIP line: the terminal and charts stay free, and the alpha on top is what membership unlocks. Every new layer is announced on the Changelog the day it ships.

🏆Competition

How does the weekly competition work?

It is a free paper-trading competition on the terminal. Every account trades the same $100,000 of paper money on live prices, the week runs bell to bell, and every balance resets to $100,000 at the weekly bell — everyone starts even again.

Sign in, press Compete on the terminal, and you are in. The leaderboard is public.

How is the leaderboard scored?

Your TargetHit Score (THS) rewards growth and punishes reckless risk: it is your weekly growth minus a penalty on your worst drawdown of the week, so steady gains beat spiky gambling. The exact formula and your live score are shown on the leaderboard, and you need a minimum number of closed trades in the week to rank.

What is the 15% drawdown rule?

If your paper account falls 15% from its weekly peak, that run is busted — you can keep trading for practice, but the run no longer counts. You get a limited number of retries per week, and everything resets clean at the weekly bell.

🎯Strategies

What are Strategies?

Strategies are our backtested, fully-automated trading systems. Each one runs a specific ruleset with its own risk profile and trade frequency. You can browse them, compare any strategy head-to-head against simply holding BTC, and — as a VIP — claim a seat to run it automatically on your connected exchange, with no manual entries or exits. Strategies replaced our old Live Signals page.

Which Strategies are live right now?

Five Strategies are live right now: Cobra, Viper, Raphael, Chimera and Almanac. The lineup only changes through the same public process — a new strategy ships when it passes our publication tests, and a strategy that fails our own audits gets retired with a full explanation (as Liquid was in July 2026). The Strategies page always shows the current list with each strategy's live performance.

How is risk controlled?

Risk management is the foundation, not an afterthought. Every Strategy is built around a hard ceiling of roughly 40% maximum drawdown.

We also measure drawdown honestly. Instead of a flattering once-a-day snapshot, we mark every open position every 5 minutes — so the drawdown you see is the real, worst-case experience, not a number that has been quietly smoothed over.

Position size is always a percentage of your equity at the moment a signal triggers, traded in cross margin. We never change the leverage setting on your exchange — keep it at 10x or higher so every order has the margin headroom to execute.

Why are seats limited?

Each Strategy has a capacity. Pile too much capital onto the same signals and orders start competing for fills, which erodes the edge for everyone. Capping seats protects performance for the members who are in. Seats scale with your tier, and they are meant to be used — if a seat sits unfunded for a while, it can free up for someone ready to put it to work.

How do I run a Strategy?

1. Go to the Strategies page and open the one you are interested in

2. Compare its track record against BTC HODL to decide if it fits you

3. As a VIP, click Claim Seat

4. Make sure you have an exchange connected on the Auto-Trade page

5. Set your position size and risk — the Strategy then trades automatically from there

🤖Auto-Trading Setup

What exchanges are supported for auto-trading?

HyperLiquid — agent (API) wallet mode; your funds stay in your own wallet

Binance Futures

Bybit

Bitget

OKX (a separate OKX Europe / EEA option is also available)

BYDFI

Blofin

What IP do I need to whitelist on my exchange?

For Binance, Bybit, Bitget, OKX and Blofin, whitelist this IP on your exchange API key:

165.22.53.91

HyperLiquid and BYDFI do not require IP whitelisting.

If your API key is IP-restricted and this IP is missing, your trades will be rejected — so either add it or leave the key unrestricted.

What leverage do you use? (Cross Mode Explained)

TargetHit sends every trade in CROSS margin mode — the safest margin mode, where your whole futures balance backs your positions.

• We do NOT apply any leverage multiplier. The position size we send is the actual size that opens — a $100 trade from TargetHit is a $100 position on your exchange.

• You can still set a leverage number on your exchange, but it does NOT change the size of our trades. It only sets the maximum total value you are allowed to have open for that asset.

Example: with $1,000 in your futures account and 10x set on BTC, you could hold up to $10,000 in open BTC positions total — but each individual TargetHit trade stays the exact size we send. Leverage does not multiply it.

How do I make sure every trade is taken in my account?

Almost always, missed trades come from a leverage setting that is too low on your exchange.

In cross mode, your exchange leverage does NOT make trades bigger — it only sets the maximum position size your account is allowed to open. If it is set too low, some trades get rejected for lack of margin headroom, even though the trade itself is the exact size we send.

You can safely set your leverage high without any risk of oversized trades — we control the size, not your leverage setting. To catch 100% of trades, set your leverage to about 20x on all assets (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP). That gives plenty of headroom so nothing gets rejected.

How does auto-close work (SL/TP)?

Every position is protected in two layers:

• Where the exchange supports it, protective stop-loss and take-profit brackets are attached with the entry order itself

• Independently, our auto-close worker monitors every open position in real time and sends a market close the moment an exit level is reached

Some strategies also use time-based exits — the position closes when its window ends, win or lose. If our servers were ever down for an extended period, manage your positions manually as a precaution.

How do I connect HyperLiquid?

1. Go to app.hyperliquid.xyz and connect your wallet

2. Open More → API

3. Create a new API (agent) wallet

4. Copy the agent private key (starts with 0x)

5. Copy your main wallet address (the one holding your funds)

6. In TargetHit Auto-Trade, click Add Exchange → HyperLiquid

7. Enter credentials as AGENT_PRIVATE_KEY:MAIN_WALLET_ADDRESS

The agent wallet trades ON BEHALF of your main wallet — your funds stay in your main wallet. HyperLiquid agent approvals are time-limited, so you may need to redo this every few months.

How do I connect OKX Europe (EU members)?

OKX serves European members through its regulated EU platform, which works a little differently — our auto-trading uses its X-Perps futures, and your margin stays in USDC (USDT is not available on OKX Europe; that is an EU regulation, not a TargetHit choice).

1. In the OKX app, open Trade → X-Perps once and complete the short questionnaire (required by EU rules)

2. Settings → Account mode → select Multi-currency margin

3. Transfer your USDC from Funding to your Trading account

4. Create an API key with Read + Trade permissions, whitelist IP 165.22.53.91, and note the passphrase exactly

5. In TargetHit: Auto-Trade → Manage Exchanges → OKX (Europe) → enter key, secret and passphrase → Test

If OKX asks about leverage, choose Cross and set at least 10x — we never apply leverage from our side, but your account needs that headroom to execute every order.

How do I connect Binance or Bybit?

1. In Binance (API Management) or Bybit (API → Create New Key), create a new API key

2. Enable Futures / Contract trading permission (Read-Write, not Read-Only)

3. Whitelist IP: 165.22.53.91

4. Copy your API Key and Secret

5. Move funds to your USDT futures / perpetual wallet

6. In TargetHit Auto-Trade, click Add Exchange and enter credentials as API_KEY:SECRET

How do I connect Bitget, OKX or BYDFI?

Bitget & OKX — create an API key with Read-Write / trade permission AND a passphrase, then whitelist 165.22.53.91. Enter credentials as API_KEY:SECRET:PASSPHRASE.

BYDFI — create an API key with futures (Swap) trading permission. Enter credentials as API_KEY:SECRET:WALLET_ID (wallet ID is usually W001). No IP whitelisting required.

For all three, make sure your funds are in the futures / perps (or Swap) wallet, not Spot.

What is FLIP Mode (Smart Reversals)?

FLIP Mode automatically closes an opposite position before opening a new trade.

Example: you hold a LONG on SOL and a SHORT signal fires.

→ FLIP Mode ON: your LONG closes, then the SHORT opens

→ FLIP Mode OFF: the SHORT is skipped (you keep your LONG)

This captures reversals without conflicting positions. It is enabled by default and recommended for most traders.

🔮Polymarket (Retired)

What happened to Polymarket trading?

We retired Polymarket trading entirely in mid-2026 to focus on our core product — the trading terminal and automated exchange Strategies. The old bot fleet executed through wallet infrastructure that proved too slow for the markets we trade, and rather than run something second-rate we shut it down and said so publicly. There is no Polymarket product on TargetHit today.

I still have money in my Polymarket wallet — how do I withdraw it?

Your wallet and funds were untouched by the retirement — keeping every fund path intact was a hard rule. Open the Polymarket page: the member access bar at the top takes you straight to your wallet, where your balance and the Withdraw flow work exactly as before, sending funds to a wallet address you control. If anything looks off, contact support.

📊Signals & Performance

How good are your results / what is your win rate?

We do not lead with a single headline win rate, because the honest answer depends on which strategy and time window you look at — and because the whole point of TargetHit is that you do not have to take our word for it.

Every signal and every strategy is tracked publicly, from entry to exit, with wins and losses both shown. Open any Strategy and you can see its real, current win rate, average win, average loss and equity curve, and compare it directly against simply holding BTC.

What we optimize for is positive expected value per trade and honestly-measured drawdown (every open position marked every 5 minutes), not a flattering headline. Past performance never guarantees future results.

How are signals evaluated?

Most signals carry a stop-loss (SL) and take-profit (TP) level: the signal is marked WON when TP is hit first and LOST when SL is hit first. Some strategies use different exits — hard time windows or wide protective stops — and those are graded by the same pre-set rules. Every outcome, win or lose, goes on the public record.

Why might a signal appear in history but not in my live notifications?

We run two independent systems: live detection, which sends your real-time notifications, and a separate historical pipeline, which builds the public statistics.

Because they process data on slightly different schedules, a borderline setup can occasionally show up in the history without having fired a live alert, or vice-versa. These differences are minor and do not affect overall performance.

Why do I see fewer signals than expected?

A few reasons:

• Quality over quantity — we only signal high-probability setups

• Market conditions may not match our criteria

• There are cooldown periods between signals on the same coin

One good signal beats ten mediocre ones.

💳Account & Billing

How do I upgrade to VIP?

Choose "Upgrade to VIP" in the member navigation. VIP is $150/month or $599 for lifetime access, and it unlocks the HyperLiquid alpha layers, eligibility to claim currently available Auto-Trade seats and real-time notifications. Lifetime is paid in crypto (BTC or USDT); monthly is by card.

Is there a lifetime option?

Yes — a one-time $599 BTC or USDT payment provides ongoing VIP access for the lifetime of the Service, subject to the Terms and continued operation of TargetHit. It costs $1 less than four monthly payments and does not renew.

What is the TARGETHIT token and the Whale tier?

TARGETHIT is our token. Holding at least 100,000 tokens unlocked the Whale tier — extra bot seats on the old Polymarket fleet.

The old fleet is retired and new bot claims are closed, so Whale seats are closed with them. Your token balance is unaffected — it is read directly from your wallet on Ethereum mainnet.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel a monthly VIP subscription anytime and keep VIP access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes, security is a top priority:

• Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest and only decrypted to execute a trade

• We only ever request trading permission — never withdrawal

• Legacy Polymarket wallets: your funds stay in your own wallet, and withdrawal is always available to you

• All connections use HTTPS, and we never store your exchange passwords

🔧Troubleshooting

Exchange shows "Connection failed"

Common fixes:

• Check your API key/secret are correct (no extra spaces)

• If your API key is IP-restricted, whitelist 165.22.53.91 (Binance, Bybit, Bitget, OKX, Blofin). HyperLiquid and BYDFI need no IP whitelist.

• Make sure the API key has futures / perps trading permission

• For Bitget and OKX, include the passphrase: API_KEY:SECRET:PASSPHRASE

• For BYDFI, include the wallet ID (usually W001): API_KEY:SECRET:W001

• For HyperLiquid, use the agent wallet format, and re-create the agent if its approval has expired

Balance shows $0 or wrong amount

• HyperLiquid: make sure funds are in your Perps account, not Spot

• BYDFI: funds must be in the Swap wallet, not Spot

• Bitget / Bybit / Binance / OKX: funds must be in the futures / perpetual wallet

• Try clicking Test to refresh the connection

I am not receiving notifications

• Go to the Notifications page and verify your settings

• Telegram: start the bot and send /start

• Email: check your spam folder

• Discord: link your account and confirm you have the VIP role

• Make sure the notification types you want are enabled
